Villa Buena Vida is located atop the exclusive and highly secure, gated community of the Pedregal. This luxurious villa has over 17,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space (10,700 under roof and 6,500 feet outdoors). The villa is built on a cliff with unobstructed, panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and the Finistera Beach below.
The dramatic entrance into Villa Buena Vida is on the main level with two cascading walls of water. The kitchen, pantry, living, dining, entertainment and game rooms are located on the main level all enclosed within a 14-foot high ceiling. The moment you enter the front door you can hear the Pacific Ocean. In fact, every room on the main level has a direct view of the ocean.
Villa Buena Vida has its own 24/7 security guard/caretaker, private electronic security gate and fencing. The house set far from the street, with over 3,500 square feet of driveway and off-street parking within the secured grounds.
While the house was designed with a high regard for form and function, luxury was not ignored, with six of the nine bedrooms built as master suites, and each with private marbled baths.
The seventh bedroom is located on the main level and currently co-exists as a den/office with private bath. All seven bedroom suites have unobstructed views to the Pacific Ocean. The last two bedrooms share their own private kitchen, living room, dining room, bath and laundry room, and are ideal for guests with small children looking for a little more seclusion. This ultra private family quarter is nicknamed "Casita Pescado." The entire house has marble floors both indoors and outdoors.

Diving conditions are great all year. June to October offers the best visibility and longest periods of calm weather. Visibility can often exceed 100 feet, and average temperatures range from 78° to 85°F.
GOLFING has become the leisure activity of choice for many visitors, especially with five world-class courses in the area. It's fast becoming one of the top golf destinations in the world.
DINING here runs the culinary gamut, from a gourmet feast in an elegant resort setting to a simple romantic dinner in the sand. Unique gourmet creations, prepared with the freshest ingredients by five-star chefs, highlight the menus of many area restaurants.
Blessed with almost a hundred miles of spectacular shoreline, the beaches of Los Cabos have something for everyone.
Most beaches have no services. Bring water, snacks, a beach umbrella, snorkeling gear, a hat, and sunscreen. If you plan to stay after sunset, bring a cover up for our cool desert nights from December to March. Earth Sea and Sky’s on-site concierge can assist you with maps and can recommend where to purchase supplies.
SAFETY: Lifeguards are scarce in Los Cabos. Beach resorts use a flag system to indicate water safety. Never turn your back on the surf, especially when on the Pacific Ocean side of Los Cabos, where rogue waves and undertows are common. Sea of Cortés beaches are far more suited to swimming and family fun.

Villa and select property reservation payments are non-refundable unless Earth, Sea & Sky Vacations is able to rent the same property for the same period of time, subject to a $100 cancellation fee. You may reschedule 30 days or more prior to arrival date with the same property and number of nights, for travel within one year of the original check-out date, subject to a $50 reschedule fee. Holiday surcharge applies. |

Reservations Details:
Reservations are accepted with a valid credit card as a guarantee of deposit. A reservation deposit is required within 7 days of making a reservation. Final payment is due 45 days prior to departure date. Final payment is due 90 days prior to departure date for holiday periods.
Confirmation documents are normally mailed 21 days prior to departure. These documents will not be released until full payment and the requested signed documentation is received. Documents delayed due to late payment or non-receipt of required documents may require overnight shipment billed to recipient.

ESSV reserves the right to substitute similar accommodations, or services, and to make adjustments in prices if it is discovered that a particular price was shown or quoted incorrectly. Every effort will be made to provide services or accommodations of equal standard and quality for your safety, convenience and enjoyment. All prices are in U.S. Dollars ($USD).
