Villa la Cima (the summit) is the highest house on a desert mountain visible for miles out to sea. Tucked into a wilderness environment in Pacific Heights, Pedregal, this gorgeous home offers spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean from every room.
This exquisite Southwestern contemporary home was completed in December 2001 and has been custom designed in concert with the rocky contours of the mountain and its abundant natural features, while maximizing vistas and protecting privacy. 5,200 square feet comprise the interior with 3,500 square feet of terraces completing the integrated indoor/outdoor living areas. The terraces are occasionally visited by resident fox and chipmunks. From the house, only the mountain and the ocean are visible.
This home is tastefully decorated and eclectically furnished with American antiques, Mediterranean furnishings, Oriental rugs throughout, and Mexican accents. Villa la Cima provides the ultimate escape.

Blessed with almost a hundred miles of spectacular shoreline, the beaches of Los Cabos have something for everyone.
Most beaches have no services. Bring water, snacks, a beach umbrella, snorkeling gear, a hat, and sunscreen. If you plan to stay after sunset, bring a cover up for our cool desert nights from December to March. Earth Sea and Sky’s on-site concierge can assist you with maps and can recommend where to purchase supplies.
SAFETY: Lifeguards are scarce in Los Cabos. Beach resorts use a flag system to indicate water safety. Never turn your back on the surf, especially when on the Pacific Ocean side of Los Cabos, where rogue waves and undertows are common. Sea of Cortés beaches are far more suited to swimming and family fun.

Villa and select property reservation payments are non-refundable unless Earth, Sea & Sky Vacations is able to rent the same property for the same period of time, subject to a $100 cancellation fee. You may reschedule 30 days or more prior to arrival date with the same property and number of nights, for travel within one year of the original check-out date, subject to a $50 reschedule fee. Holiday surcharge applies. |

Reservations Details:
Reservations are accepted with a valid credit card as a guarantee of deposit. A reservation deposit is required within 7 days of making a reservation. Final payment is due 45 days prior to departure date. Final payment is due 90 days prior to departure date for holiday periods.
