This private, three level luxury villa is located on the marina side in the gated community of the Pedregal. All four master suites have private bathrooms, 20 inch TVs and king size beds.
First level
Main entrance with fountain in enclosed courtyard. Large modern kitchen is fully equipped with microwave oven, dishwasher and breakfast bar. Dining area has formal seating for six and outdoor seating for four on the terrace. Sunken living area opens on to the terrace which overlooks the Cabo San Lucas Bay. 40 inch TV, VHS movie library and half bathroom.
Second level
Three master suites with large private bathrooms, two suites open onto the pool deck. Outside bar area and barbeque.
Third level
Master suite with large tiled bathroom. This suite opens onto a private terrace with fountain that overlooks the Cabo San Lucas Bay.
Nightly rental rates:
3 bedrooms $500.00
4 bedrooms $600.00
Holiday rate $750.00.
Add 12% tax to all rental rates.
$1000.00 refundable damage deposit.

CASA LANIKAI IS ON THIS STREET, RIGHT HAND SIDE.
THERE IS A TILE WITH THE NAME OF THE VILLA ON THE OUTSIDE WALL.
THE VILLA IS PAINTED BEIGE AND IS LOCATED NEXT TO A WHITE VILLA WITH BLUE TRIM.
