Our night watchman is on duty from sunset til sunrise while you sleep.
Nirvana also has 2 two-man kayaks that are free for the use of our guests,
children must be accompanied by an adult for using them.
There is a swing set & adorable play house for the kids right out on the beachfront.
Our thatch roofed garden gazebo is a natural & fully shaded
gathering spot for Nirvana guests to meet & share conversation.
The new Negril Hills 18 Hole Golf Course is a 10 min. drive from our gate.
Our recommended drivers are happy to see to all your transportation needs,
including air port transfers at reasonable rates
as well as arrange shopping trips, country tours of all kinds & will
act as your private guide. They will check with you each day,if asked.
Extra services such as day trips to the countryside,several pristine waterfalls,
Black River Safari & many other beautiful tours as well as all watersports
activities & personal services such as laundry & babysitting are easily arranged
at your request to our manager.

DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY:
A 50% Deposit is required to hold reservations at Nirvana. This is because we have such a limited number of rental units & we will refuse any potential inquiries for the unit & the dates you have reserved.
Your deposit guarantees that the reservation you have made will be held for you. All deposits received will be confirmed by email or regular mail.
Balance of rental is due 30 days prior to arrival, unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing.
All cancellations are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee.
Deposits are refundable if Nirvana is notified 60 days prior to arrival.
Any cancellations or reductions in length of stay received after the 60 day limit are non-refundable unless we can re-rent the space.
Cancellations for the holiday months of Dec. & Jan. must be received by Oct. 1, or are subject to a non-refundable holiday season policy.

Our 2 & 3 bedroom family-style private garden cottages offer a unique
natural beach life environment in an exotic tropical garden filled with
fruit trees,orchids,hummingbirds,butterflies & all kinds of blooming flowers,
they include fully equipped kitchens & daily maid & cook service for 1-2 meals a day
( guests provide all groceries needed for meal preparation)
Every cottage has 1 kingsize bed & 2 twin beds in the other bedrooms,
they are set under shady trees are fully screened & have ceiling fans in all rooms.
Our lovely air-conditioned honeymoon suite is a romantic oversize room w/
kingsize bed,walk-in closet,tile & marble bath and a private 20'x20'
deck that's open to the sky & has total privacy from any neighbors.
The ocean view is breathtaking & all yours !
We also feature 2 special spacious & luxurious beachfront veranda suites
which are fully air-conditioned with a complete kitchenette,big posh tiled
bathroom with a bidet & double sink vanity & separate dressing room.
These two suites are completely private & each features a romantic 4 poster kingsize bed w/ netting .
The ocean & beachfront view from your private veranda is a romantic
memory maker & the perfect spot for sunset watching.
