How to get make a reservation Making a reservation with us is easy. To reserve your dates simply call us directly to arrange your rental. We'll confirm your dates with you, charge a deposit to your credit card and then mail you a lease. That's it. All you have to do is enjoy your trip like this: - Call us directly for dates, rates and availability 888-628-8989 - Or click here to email us, or click here to request info. - You can reserve any dates with a credit card deposit. - We'll send you a written lease confirming the booking. - We ask for half payment of charges with the lease. - And half 90 days prior to occupancy. - Prior to your stay we'll ship you the keys and a unit checklist. - You check into the unit and get access to the secret room. - After your stay mail the keys. - We'll process your deposit refund within 30 days of receiving the keys. - Any questions?
