We provide top quality beach gear. There is a $3 per day fee for snorkel gear rental and a $3 a day fee for Boogie board rentals. River Estate is located on a pristine river a block up from a secluded beach in the heart of old Hawaii. The gardens and accommodations are meticulously maintained to provide the ideal Kauai vacation experience. Cancellations/ Refund Policy	PRICES are based on a party of two in the Guest House and four in the Riverhouse and Treehouse. The base rates are $200 per night for 4 people in either the Treehouse or Riverhouse and $175 per night for 2 people in the Guest House. Please add 4% sales and 7.4% room tax (11.41%) and an out cleaning fee of $75 and up (depending on size of party and length of stay). For each additional guest there is $25 per person per night charge added to the base rate to a maximum of 4 people in the Guest House and 8 people in either the Treehouse or Riverhouse. Reservation deposits can be paid by credit card, cash, check, or travelers checks. MINIMUM STAY...Generally there is a five night minimum stay except for the dates of December 20th to Jan 5th at which time there is a 10 night minimum stay. Occasionally we will accept a booking that is less than five nights if our schedule permits it. Please inquire if you desire a stay less than five nights as it might work into our schedule. CANCELLATION notice must be received no less than 30 days before check in (60 days before Christmas) to receive a full refund minus a processing fee (Transaction fees if paid by credit card, $50 if paid by other means). For cancellations within 30 days of arrival you can get a full refund minus transaction fee if dates can be re-booked. If your dates can't be re-booked you will be credited for a future stay. RESERVATION DEPOSIT totaling one half the cost of your stay is required to insure the reservation. Deposit must be received within one week of verbal or e-mailed confirmation to hold dates if not paid by credit card. Balance is due 45 days prior to your arrival and is automatically charged to your credit card unless other arrangements are made. Credit card number or $500 cash required during your stay as a security deposit.

Other activities include kayaking, horseback riding, scuba diving, charter fishing, golf, mountain biking, water skiing, snorkeling, boat tours of the Napali Coast not to mention the unexpected pleasures you'll find along the way.
