The main living accommodations are on the upper floor of a 2 story home with ocean and territorial views including Haleakala. The main house has 2 bedrooms. The master contains a king and the second twins. Two additional persons may be accommodated on a queen hide-a-bed in the library area.
The main living area is open and contains a kitchen, dining room, living room and library. Decks face the ocean and Haleakala. You can see the sun both rise and set.
A separate pool house overlooks the private swimming pool. It contains a studio kitchen and bath. An L-shaped area contains a double bed, bunks and a double hide-a-bed.
The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Tennis courts, shopping, restaurants and a golf course are within walking distance as are swimming, beach walking, snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing and wind surfing. Fine dining, Makena and Wailea are nearby.
The home is fully equipped and a resident manager is on site.

Reservations Details:
House and pool house for 4 people = $325 per day. Additional people = $35 per day
Cleaning fee $200
Christmas holiday - 2 week minimum - $500 per day for 6 people.
A deposit of one third is required to hold time. The remainder is due 30 days before arrival.
Hawaii tax 11.42%
