The full amount is due 60 days before arrival. If one cancels more than 60 days before arrival, the security deposit is refunded less a $75 administrative fee. If cancellation is between 30 and 60 days before arrival, all funds are refunded less the $75 administrative fee. If cancellation is within 30 days of arrivel, funds are returned only if the condo unit can be re-booked to another party.
