You'll enjoy oceanviews and great sunsets from the living room, beautiful Waianae Mountain views from the bedrooms, and watch peacocks stroll about the grounds. "At Our Hawaiian Paradise, you'll be surrounded by towering mountains, two world-class golf courses, the uncrowded beaches of Makaha Beach, and the Eco trails of Kaena Point.
You can snorkel right off the beach at Makaha. It's just a 45-minute drive to Honolulu, and the night life of Waikiki. Pearl Harbor is a 25-minute drive. Paradise Cove Luau and the Hawaiian Water Adventure Park are 10 minutes away.
"This unique oceanview condo features two bedrooms with double beds. The loft sleeping area contains a double futon bed. Our Hawaiian Paradise was recently renovated with new paint, new carpets and flooring, new appliances, and new bedding. Linens are provided free of charge. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Enjoy the dozens of peacocks that reside in Mahaka Valley. And take advantage of the many hiking trails throughout the area, to experience the tropical flora and fauna of the island. To capture the spiritual flavor of Hawaii, nothing can beat the incredible sunsets waiting to be experienced at dusk, as you gaze off this western coast toward the vast ocean skyline. A little later, you will be enthralled by the array of stars making their appearance in the immense open sky. Enjoy the pool and hot-tub, Volley ball and tennis courts. For a change of pace, there is abundant opportunity for sun-drenched activities off the uncrowded Makaha Beach. Water sports include sailing, snorkeling, boogie boarding, surf-fishing, Winter months provide ideal surf conditions for the seasoned surfer. In summer the conditions are much calmer, and favor those who prefer to snorkel in the gentler waters.

Refunds:
The deposit is not refundable if cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival. Half of the deposit will be refunded if cancelled between 30 days to 15 days of arrival. A full refund of the deposit will be made if cancelled before thirty days of arrival.

Rental Policies:
For short notice rentals, a cerified check or money order for the deposit is required. A seperate certified check or money order is required for the weekly rental fee. Both Checks will have to be Mailed overnight. Also a PayPal.com Member for payments. On Regular rentals, personal checks or money orders for the deposit and the weekly rental are acceptable. Deposit due in 7 days. Weekly rental payment is due 30 days prior to travel.

Reservations Details:
There is a $285 deposit payable, 7 days after reservations are made. The deposit will be returned minus the cleaning fee, which is $85, as long there is no damage. The balance of the deposit, will be mailed within 2 weeks after you return home. Major Credit Cards, Checks, accepted and Made easy on Paypal.com under Coronernc4@aol.com

DIRECTIONS TO 84-707 Kiana Place Unit 115C From Honolulu Airport:
Take H1 Freeway westbound, towards Waianae. Follow signs for H1 and Waianae. You will pass Waiphu exit, which is exit 7. Continue on H1 west towards Waianae. The freeway comes to the end in Ko O'lina. The road then becomes SR-93. Take that road, go approximately 11 miles and turn right onto Makaha Valley Rd. This road has many curves on it. You will pass the Makaha Golf course and continue going up the hill. You will see the Makaha Tower Condos in front of you. Our Condos will be on the left side of the road. Turn into and stop at the Condo Security gate. If the office is open they will show you where to park. If the office is closed then show Security your letter. They will issue you a Visitors pass. Proceed pass the gate and turn left at the first road. You will pass the pool and Barbecue area. Go down the hill until you see a building in the middle of the parking area.
(Washers and Dryers are in this building) turn to your right and go until the end of the parking area. Our spot is on your left and labeled with 115C. Please do not back into the spot as the fumes from the cars can go into the condos.
