What can we say?!? You have been so good and kind to us, please accept our heart felt Mahlo for a wonderful vacation! You do many things that are right as well as helpful. Here are a few of our observations.
Your condo is fabulous!!!!
We were very impressed with how beautiful and clean it was. Like one of your emails said that had also stayed in it, they said it was better than it was pictured. We felt the same way. You have kept it up very well and it was very clean. When staying in a hotel or condo, having it be clean is a big deal. Thank you!
You don't allow smoking...thank you!
Your condo is very usable. The set up allows you to be a part of the action whether your in the kitchen, eating area, or family room. That's nice
You provide a washer and dryer...that was great. Being able to wash our dirty beach towels was appreciated!
Your rooms are spacious and have great closet space. They were larger than I thought they would be. The bathrooms are also designed well to allow many to be getting ready at the same time
You have provided all the appliances that you have at home. We ate many of our meals in the condo and found everything we needed to do so!
Your kitchen appliances were also clean. That too is a big deal. When staying in someone else's home you are not sure of how well things are kept. Obviously you take great care of your things.
You provided great suggestions. We loved Moose McGuillicuddy's (sp???) That was an excellent meal and one we could afford!
You have chosen a very kind and professional manager. We called Juan a couple of times and he was very gracious and was very quick to respond back. He seemed like he was on top of things.
You also had some beach towels and items in the pantry that guests could use. That too was very nice! You are very trusting folks to put all the things you do in your condo for everyone to use.
We appreciate that and maintained your trust.
Most importantly, you have been very gracious, honest and kind to work with. As you know, I was a bit leery doing this over the internet. You have represented you and your condo very well. Our compliments to you both!Please feel free to use us as a reference at any time. We would do it again tomorrow. We wished we could of stayed longer but the air lines had no further spots.____________________________

$200 deposit to make reservation. This also serves as damage,phone and key deposit and is returned after your departure. Payment for rental due 45 days prior to arrival date.
