Cancellations/
Refund Policy |
Cancellations or modifications must be made 7 days in advance of your booking date by email or fax. A 20% handling fee will be charged to all deposit refunds if and only when notice of your cancellation is received as described above. The entire deposit will be forfeited when cancellations are made with less than 7 days notice unless, we are able to rebook the vacancy. If we are successful at rebooking the vacancy created by your cancellation or modification of your booking then we will charge a 25% handling fee and refund 75% of the deposit.

Our purpose is to provide our guests with great shelter and old-style hospitality in a environment that encourages rest and good health.
Directions: : From the Kahului Airport take HWY 37 to HWY 365 (you will be driving uphill on Hwy 37 for 5 to 10 minutes depending on how fast you drive. When you get to the first traffic light this is HWY 365 or Makawao Avenue) you will turn off to the right. Driving on Makawao Ave. you will soon come to a second traffic light. Go straight through the intersection at this light (Makawao Ave. has now become Loha St.) and go a short distance (1½ blocks) where you will come to a turn in the road that goes to the right and down hill. Immediately following this turn you will make your first left on Alalani St. You will find the Hula Inn on the right hand side of the first block and it is the 2nd property from the end of the block with the big Mango, Pepper and Norfolk pine trees out front.
