Located in sunny South Maui about 30 minutes from the airport, in Wailea's ocean front Ekahi Village. Our ground floor remodeled garden unit has 3 lanais and framed ocean views, and is in Ekahi's "lower village" (ie. near the beach) about a 5 iron from the ocean and just a few minutes level walk from the pictured pool. Our unit is a non-smoking unit.
More pools; paddle tennis and shuffleboard are scattered about our lovely grounds. There is access to Keawakapu Beach via a locked gate. Those who find Ekahi often look no further and return year after year.

Walk the 2 miles of Waileas ocean front board walk to reach several hotels, beaches suitable for swimming and snorkeling, take kayak or surfboard lessons, have a massage ocean front, veg on the beach or watch whales and sunsets from the condo or our ocean front pool.
Too many to describe - all offer sandy bottoms for great swimming or bogie boarding and lava reefs for snorkeling. Scuba is excellent near by -
Keawakapu: at Ekahi - 1 mi long wide sandy beach with some shade great for jogging, swimming or building castles in the sand
Ulua, Wailea, Polo Beach and others connected via 2 mi board walk.
Kamaole I-III: begin 3 blocks away in S. Kihei and run north - same as above plus volleyball, in-line hockey, ocean kayaking & more
Makena Big Beach, Little Beach, etc: beautiful - huge, be careful of shore break

Cancellations/
Refund Policy |
If your plans change, we keep a 1 night deposit as an administrative fee for cancellations more than 60 days out and technically the entire fee if you must cancel within 60 days or during your stay. In actuality, we refund your full payment (less 1 night fee) IF we are able to re rent the condo. This is done on a pro rata basis and is usually not a problem but gets more difficult within 60 days of your stay. I often recommend travel insurance to cover air fare and the condo.

Reservations Details:
A 2 night deposit reserves the unit. Balance due 60 days ahead of stay. Deposit can be made by check or VISA or MC. Email is preferred contact as we have much info that is easily handled that way.

The condo is as wonderful as advertised and was extremely comfortable for 6. We loved all of the thoughtfully provided amenities but the safe came in for special praise. It's very obvious that this is a truly a beloved home, not just a rental property....

20A was perfect, with more ocean views than your web site lets on. The photos don't do justice to the quality of your furniture or decorating. A peaceful and beautiful spot. Your thoughtful touches and island information really helped make our trip.....

We just want to thank you again for letting us rent your lovely condo, the nicest we've stayed in over several trips. We really enjoyed sitting out on the lanai off the living room. Such a beautiful view there. It was really nice having the beach such a short walk away...
