Newly opened in Jan. 2005, this Old Florida style six-unit property is two short blocks from the award-winning Pompano Beach oceanfront, just north of Ft. Lauderdale. Enjoy very clean, designer decorated studio or one-bedroom apartments that are fully outfitted with all of the comforts of home.
Take a five-minute walk to lots of great local restaurants, shops, snorkel/dive boats, boat rentals, gourmet seafood shop, day spa, banks and pharmacy. Walk or jog for miles along our unobstructed beach, and check out Hillsboro Lighthouse as you head North. Take a five-minute drive to the closest shopping mall, movie theaters, 36 hole golf course, and air park. Take the beach road 15 minutes south to the heart of Ft. Lauderdale, or 15 minutes North to Boca Raton.
Our yard has tables with umbrellas, BBQ grill, and tropical landscaping. A new swimming pool for the property is scheduled to be under construction in July of 2005 (ask about our lower rates during construction).

Walk across the beach road to award-winning "Blue Wave" beach with picnic and play areas and lifeguards; snorkel and dive trips 3x daily; charter fishing boats, party fishing boats, public fishing pier, surfing, jet skis and boat rentals, gambling cruises.
Restaurants:
Some of the best restaurants in all of South Florida are a short walk or drive away. Dozens of really good ones, including waterfront dining, in all price ranges.
Shopping:
Walk to local beach shops. Drive to many high-end shopping malls, trendy Las Olas Boulevard, also Sawgrass Mills outlet mall, Swap Shop world’s largest outdoor flea market, Festival Flea Market (giant indoor flea market).
Cultural:
Walk or drive to local establishments with live music, drive to world-class Broward Performing Arts Center, Discovery Museum, Art Museum, IMAX theater, nightclubs, dancing, comedy clubs, and all sorts of local and regional festivals.
Sports:
All professional sporting events are represented at nearby arenas, plus horse racing, Jai Alai, car racing, tennis, golf, nearby gyms.
Eco Tourism:
Drive to Everglades for airboat and swamp buggy rides, photography, Indian reservations, alligator farms, nature trails, kayaking, fishing, bird watching.
Pompano Beach is a Blue Wave award winner (only 30 U.S. beaches have this status). We have a very wide, sandy beach with life guards. It's about a two minute walk to the beach, but if you have lots of gear, metered parking is available.
A beautiful lighthouse stands at the North end of the beach. More central is a very active fishing pier. We also have some of the only diving available directly from the beach, with a three tier reef system, 200 dive sites and about 100 wrecks to explore.

Cancellations/
Refund Policy |
Cancellations are refundable only if we are able to re-rent the property during the leased period. A $300 cancellation fee will be subtracted from the amount of money we are able to refund for re-renting all or part of the contracted rental period. Ask us about travel insurance to avoid penalties for cancellation.

Reservations Details:
Rentals are for seven night minimum stays,prorated for additional nights.Nightly stays available from May through mid November, please inquire. Rates for holidays, February and special events may be higher. For longer stays, every fourth consecutive week is discounted.
A 50% deposit is required to hold a reservation. The balance plus an exit cleaning fee ($100), 11% state and local taxes and $500 security deposit are due 30 days prior to arrival. We accept VISA, MasterCard,Discover and AMEX. *Rates subject to change until confirmed.
Check in begins at 4 p.m. Check out is by 10 a.m.

Directions: Bahama Beach Club is in the heart of Pompano Beach’s oceanfront community, just off Ocean Drive (A-1-A) and South of Atlantic Blvd. We are centrally located 20 minutes north of Fort Lauderdale International Airport, 45 minutes north of Miami International Airport, and 40 minutes south of Palm Beach International Airport.
From I-95, exit East on Atlantic Blvd. in Pompano Beach.
Cross the Intracoastal Waterway bridge.
Turn right at the first light onto Hibiscus.
Go six blocks to the end of the street.
Bahama Beach Club is on the right .
Parking is available on Hibiscus and also on SE 6 Street.
