Sunset Royale has washers and dryers in the building for your use. All condos have telephone service for local call or credit card calls. Telephone credit cards can be purchased at many local stores. The beach has plenty of barbecue grills and picnic tables. Crescent Beach is four miles long and has the whitest powdery sand of any beach in the world. On the beach are four lifeguard stations along with a concession stand, shops, tennis courts, soccer field, baseball diamond and volley ball nets. Sunset Royale is on Beach Rd. directly across a small two lane street from Siesta Key Beach which is part of Crescent Beach. Siesta Key beach has four lifeguard stations, concession stands and lots of beach activities and sports. This beach was voted the whitest beach in the world. The sand is white and powdery like powder sugar. It consists mainly of quartz and does not get hot. One mile down the beach is the tropical Village of Siesta Key. Sarasota, Florida caters to discriminating vacationers from all over the world.

This spacious one-bedroom penthouse condo provides incredible sunsets from its fourth floor beachfront open-air balcony at Sunset Royale. Large bedroom with walk-in closet has a king-size bed and cable TV. Living room has a full size sofa-bed for additional sleeping. Open balcony with umbrella table, chairs and lounges overlook the Gulf of Mexico. Covered outside parking is also provided with this unit. We are directly across from Siesta Key Beach on Beach Rd.

Siesta Key is about six or seven miles from I-75. Two bridges allow access to the Key. Tampa Florida has the largest International Airport, but Sarasota also has it's own International Airport which is about 20 minutes from Sunset Royale Condominiums. The cities of Tampa and St Petersburg Florida are about one hour to the north by freeway. We are 2 1/2 hours from Orlando Florida and Disney World by freeway.
