We feature a freshwater pool overlooking the secluded sandy beach on Grand Cayman's northside. The snorkeling is excellent directly in front of the condo, and the coral formations run for miles in both directions, in 5 - 30 feet of water. The Hyatt Rum Point Club is 2 miles down the beach at Rum Point. This facility has a beach bar, lunch and dinner restaurants, and full snorkel and dive operation. Stingray City snorkel and dive trips are 10 minutes away. The Kaibo Yacht Club is just around the corner with beach, bar and restaurants. We feature a wide, soft sandy beach that runs for miles on Grand Cayman's pristine northside. The beach is quiet, scenic and you'll occasionally see another person strolling the beach or snorkeling off shore. There is excellent coral reef formations teeming with fish and marine life right off the beach in 5 - 25 feet of water.

Cancellations/ Refund Policy	For confirmed reservations at the Cayman Breeze Condo, we process 50% of the total rental on VISA, MasterCard, American Express or check at the time of reservations, with the balance due on arrival date. If a cancellation is required, we refund the full amount of the deposit 60 days + from the arrival date, less a 4.75% merchant card fee. For cancellations less than 60 days from the arrival date, we will refund the full amount of the deposit, less the merchant card fee, if we are able to re-book the the canceled dates. If the canceled dates cannot be re-booked, the deposit is forfeited. For trip insurance we suggest www.insuremytrip.com.
