This unique oceanfront home is literally 50 feet from one of the most beautiful protected marine parks on the island. The back stair case walks you right onto the beach. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The views are spectacular both day and night. It is approximately 2500 Square feet of living space in the quiet little village of Cottage. It is located on the south shore of Grand Cayman about 20 minutes from downtown George Town. The home is 15 minutes from The Kaibo Yacht Club and Restaurant in Cayman Kai, and the Rum Point area. It is less than 5 minutes to the Lighthouse Restaurant and under 30 minutes to George Town.
The living and dining area on the first floor is beautifully appointed with Italian leather furniture with a spectacular entertainment system including a 27" TV, Ceiling mounted Surround Sound, DVD/CD/VCR Entertainment Center. The kitchen is tastefully appointed with Black Granite counter tops, solid cherry cabinets, Whirlpool appliances and Kohler products are provided throughout the home.
The house is completely furnished with kitchen supplies which include all of the amenities like pots, pans, dishes, wine glasses, blenders, coffee pots, toaster, spices, cutlery and appliances that will make any chef at home. The Refrigerators have a state of the art water filtration system that further purifies the already drinkable pristine water that the city provides from their desalination plant. The saying here is just bring your toothbrush.
The home has Italian Travertine Marble flooring throughout including the shower stalls from floor to ceiling. The master bath has a spectacular private view of the sound with picture windows. The shower is finished in glass block for a maintenance free and open feeling.
The Master Bedroom Suite is furnished with a luxurious double pillow top King size bed with walk in cedar-lined closet with a private in-suite bath and shower. The Jacuzzi bath is surrounded by picture windows with a spectacular private view of the Sound. The Entertainment Center is a Surround Sound DVD/CD/VCR Multichanger with a 27 " TV. The whole house has cable Television.
The two guest bedrooms that are located on the second floor are both furnished with double pillow top queen size beds for the most luxurious comfort. The first guest bedroom has a 27” Television with a built in DVD/VCR system and the third bedroom has a 19” TV with cable in the second bedroom. There are two complete bathrooms on this floor for the second and third bedrooms.
The third floor “Futon” Tower room has a full size futon bed with an outdoor observation deck / sitting area with a spectacular view of the protected marine park. The gorgeous view from this elevation cannot be explained. Please refer to the photos on the website.
The Beach area behind the house is very private with a combination of Iron Shore and white sandy beach.
This house comes with a one car garage, gas barbeque pit, open access to the ocean from the back side of the garage for convenience of barbecuing, water sports toys, etc. Also this unit has an outdoor shower for fresh water rinses after a swim in the ocean. The house is fully equipped with a top of the line clothes washer and dryer.
The home is complete with Central A/C zoned for the first floor and the second zone controls the second floor and third floor tower room. The house has cable TV. The house has wireless telephones and a digital answering machine in the kitchen. The home is comfortable, elegant and complete with plants and all the greenery of a private residence. There is also on site management.
The home is located on Frank Sound Bay and is a quiet, well-protected Marine Park. It is protected by a barrier reef and is almost always calm. The water is beautiful and crystal clear.
There is no other property on the Island that can provide to you the Caribbean feeling with the elegance of the spectacular furnishings of the finest of hotels.

The Sea Cliff Lime house is has it's own private sandy beach, and is adjacent to the Heritage Beach.
The Sea Cliff Resort is 10 minutes from East End, the Cayman Dive Lodge, Ocean Frontiers diving and snorkeling trips and 15 minutes from Morritt's Tortuga Club and The Reef Resort. There are a variety of excellent restaurants from 5 - 15 minutes away. These include The Lighthouse, PortoFino's, Palm Beach Gardens, Over The Edge, Vivine's Kitchen, Driftwood, Kaibo Kai, Cecil's and David's. Rum Point and trips to Stingray City are 15 minutes away on the Northside. Georgetown and 7 mile beach are 20 minutes away, as is the airport.

For confirmed reservations at the Sea Cliff Lime House, we process 50% of the total rental on VISA, MasterCard, American Express or check at the time of reservations, with the balance due on arrival date. If a cancellation is required, we refund the full amount of the deposit 60 days + from the arrival date, less a 4.75% merchant card fee. For cancellations less than 60 days from the arrival date, we will refund the full amount of the deposit, less the merchant card fee, if we are able to re-book the the canceled dates. If the canceled dates cannot be re-booked, the deposit is forfeited. For trip insurance we suggest www.insuremytrip.com.
