The beautiful freshwater pool greets you off the back of the home, overlooking the beach and steps to the Caribbean Sea.
The house sits back about 300 feet from the street with a circular drive in front. The back yard features a pristine, white, sandy beach. It is only 75 feet from the house to the water, where you can snorkel 150 yards to a 6000-foot deep wall. Great for snorkelers and divers of all degrees. About a mile from Rum Point which offers dive trips, Deep-Sea Fishing, watersports, a restaurant and beach bar and a ferry service to 7 mile beach. Also located near the Kaibo Yacht Club and restaurant. A local grocery store is just 5 minutes away.

Cancellations/
Refund Policy |
For confirmed reservations at the Parrot-ise Vacation Home, we process 50% of the total rental on VISA, MasterCard, American Express or check at the time of reservations, with the balance due on arrival date.
If a cancellation is required, we refund the full amount of the deposit 60 days + from the arrival date, less a 4.75% merchant card fee.
For cancellations less than 60 days from the arrival date, we will refund the full amount of the deposit, less the merchant card fee, if we are able to re-book the the canceled dates. If the canceled dates cannot be re-booked, the deposit is forfeited.

We are licensed with the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism, with on-island property manager.
We process 50% down upon reservation with the balance due upon arrival and accept VISA, MC, AMEX and cashiers checks.
