Overlooks the ocean, boating channel, volleyball courts. Private deck, an extension of the living room, is full sun and has a gas BBQ, sun bench and Bistro set.
Queen bed, double futon, and single roll-away sleeps 1-4 with all bed and bath linens supplied. Kitchen fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, small appliances and own washer/dryer.

Stay right, to begin turning onto West Mission Bay ramp. Circle up and over bridge. Continue West over bridge on WMB Drive to Mission Boulevard (Roller Coaster). Turn Left (South) past 4-way stop, continue South on Mission Blvd. Watch for Avalon Court, turn Right into alley. 720 San Luis Rey is 3/4 block West on left side of alley.
