Located right on the beach, our units have fabulous unobstructed ocean views.
We are centrally-located to San Diego, Disneyland and Wild Animal Park. You can sit out on your deck overlooking the ocean, enjoy watching dolphins and birds, swim, surf, fish or walk along three miles of sandy beach. With tiled floors throughout, the units are immaculately clean and fully furnished and equipped with everything you will need for a great beach vacation. We are a small and friendly complex a few blocks walk from downtown Oceanside shops, restaurants, movie theater, surf museum, art museum, and train station.

Oceanfront, oceanview one-bedroom unit with deck. Immaculately clean, fully-equipped, beautifully-decorated, all water sports. Small, friendly complex on a beautiful, sandy beach.

From San Diego: Take 5 freeway north, then take the Mission Avenue exit. Stay in the lane marked Mission Avenue Downtown, go 6-7 blocks west on Mission Avenue to Pacific Street, go left on Pacific Street. Take the next immediate right on Seagaze, then turn left on The Strand. Watch for #306 on your left.
From Los Angeles or Orange County: Take the 5 freeway south, take the Mission Avenue exit. Turn right (west) onto Mission Avenue, go 6-7 blocks west on Mission Avenue to Pacific Street, go left on Pacific Street. Take the next immediate right on Seagaze, then turn left on The Strand. Watch for #306 on your left.
