Top level hosts living room with fireplace, dining area and gourmet kitchen with fabulous ocean view deck. Kitchen has granite counters and top of the line appliances.

Reservations Details:
Tentative reservations are accepted for our vacation rental by phone, fax or email and are held for two weeks while a contract is mailed out. We require a refundable security deposit and a non-refundable cleaning fee for each reservation. One half of the total amount due is required within 7 days of receiving contract. The balance is due 2 weeks before arrival.
