The complex has 4 lighted tennis courts, a swimming pool, 2 spas, men & women suana and shower facilities, a club house with pool table and pingpong, and a view lounge. Seascape, Fletcher Cove and Del Mar Shores are just 3 of the many beaches along the 21 miles of the San Diego coastline. These three beaches are family safe and friendly. There are lifeguard stations on duty during Summer months. The beaches are clean, alcohol-free and less crowded than other more well known beaches in the county.
