Roof covered patio with concrete floor. Enclosed back yard (large for the La Jolla - Bird Rock area) is a grass lawn with a hammock. At the far back is a two-car detached garage with alley access.
The master bedroom, with one window to the east and one to the south, has a king size bed. The children's bedroom, with one window, to the east and one to the north, has two twin beds. The third bedroom, with one window, is furnished as an office with two desks, bookcases and a broadband cable Internet connection.

LOCATION: On a quiet street in the Bird Rock neighborhood of La Jolla. Four short blocks (1/3 mile) from the ocean. Nearby beaches include Tourmaline Beach, 1/2 mile, and Windansea Beach, 1.3 mile.
Other distances: Downtown La Jolla, 2.5 miles; Crystal Pier and Garnet Avenue in Pacific Beach, 1.3 miles; Sea World in Mission Bay Park, 4.5 miles; Torrey Pines Nature Preserve and Beach, 6 miles; San Diego Airport, 7 miles; Downtown San Diego, 10 miles; Tijuana, Mexico, 24 miles.
The driving time to Disneyland, as well as to Los Angeles International Airport, is a little under 2 hours.
Our neighboorhood by the ocean is at the foot of Mount Soledad. From the top of the mountain above you have stunning views of the coastline, of all of San Diego, and into Mexico.
