Golf, fishing, all beach activities, dining and shopping are easily accessible. This property is conviently located to all. The unit it self is fully furnished and includes a full kitchen, washer/dryer, dining room, living room and a large patio. The master bedroom has a king bed,walk-in closet and a large bathroom. The second room has a twin trundle bed and a second twin bed, it's full bathroom is in the hall. Two parking spaces in the secure garage with a elevator make the complex wheelchair accessilbe. Imperial Beach is a lovely quite beach used primarily by families with small children. The park next door is great for small kids and this beach has very good surf for the experienced surfers. In addition to multiple surf spots, the beach extends three miles to the south and 7 miles to the north all great for joging or hikes. The pier located just 2 blocks away is great for meals and pier fishing.

Then let me know that you want to lease and I'll email or fax you lease with condo rules to read, sign all and return all with the $300 deposit. The balance is due ^ weeks prior to arrival and the refund returned 3 weeks after departure.

Additional Notes:
This 1250 sqft, two bed, two bath elegant condo is located directly on the beach in San Diegos souhtern most beach. In this 45 unit complex with a heated pool, jacuzzi, wieght room and BBQ, my unit is located on the first floor and has one of the larger patios. The living and dining rooms host a non-stop ocean view, which suprises you with beautiful sunsets.

Directions:   :
Take interstate 5 South 11 miles south of Downtown San Diego to Palm ave, exit and turn right. At 9th street veer to the left and stay on palm. Travel to Seacoast ( the main beach drag)then turn left and park in the second block in front of the Surf Hut. Climb the stairs to the condo and enter with your gate key. Go to #103, enter and find the electric garage door opener in the Right upper drawer. Now back to the car and travel to the north garage entrance. Park in #103 ( 2 spaces), using the carts, unload your car then call the elevator with the gate key. At check out leave all things in the kitchen drawer with the keys under the condo's front door mat.
