Welcome to North Coast Village ocean front resort complex. No streets to cross to access the beach...North Coast Village is located on the sand. Condos are within a one hour drive of Sea World, Disneyland and Disneyland's California Adventure, San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, Knotts Berry Farm, and the Mexican border. Legoland, Carlsbad Flower Fields, and Carlsbad Factory Outlet Stores are 10 minutes away. Two pools, two jacuzzis, ping pong, billiards, recreation and exercise room, sauna, and putting green, all located on lush tropical grounds with koi ponds and waterfalls. Many nearby golf courses. Security parking. Whale watching, deep sea fishing, and jet ski rentals also available at Oceanside Harbor. BBQ provided on the condo balconies, as well as a beautiful community BBQ area overlooking the pool. Our one bedroom garden & ocean view condo has a king size bed in the master suite, and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room; or two futons provided for the floor, if desired. Sleeps 4. Cable TV/VCR, stereo/CD player, gas fireplace in the living room. Fall asleep and wake to the soothing sounds of the ocean surf. Our two bedroom/two bath cottage condo has a king size bed in the master suite, with a private bath. The second bedroom has two twins beds, living room has three different sized futon sofas for additional sleeping. Cable TV/VCR in both bedrooms and living room. Living room has a gas fireplace, stereo/CD player. Great ocean and harbor views from the master bedroom, living room, and deck. Both condos come fully furnished w/kitchens, towels, linens, beach chairs & umbrella, boogie boards, beach toys, BBQs. Laundry facilities available throughout the complex. Underground security parking space provided for each condo. Oceanside beach is one of the nicest beaches in North San Diego county. The beach is accessable from the back gate of the complex, so there are no streets to cross. The water is ideal for adults and children for swimming, boogie boarding, or surfing. Oceanside Pier is within one half mile from the complex, with fishing gear rental, Ruby's Diner, McDonald's, and seasonal covered beach peddlars available. Oceanside Harbor is within walking distance...Great for early morning coffee and pastry at the Nautical Bean or dinner followed by a harbor and beach walk.

Cancellations/ Refund Policy	30 day cancellation notice required to cancel or change period of requested tenancy. Security deposits are non-refundable in the event of a reservation cancellation. If you must cancel late, your rental amount will be refunded only if the property is re-rented for the same time period, minus a 15% late cancellation charge based on the rental amount.

Other	$285 security deposit due with completed rental contract for rentals of three weeks or less; $585 for rentals of three weeks or more. $85 is kept for the cleaning of the condo after your departure, and the balance is refundable within 30 days, provided that the condo and contents are left in good condition. Rental payment due 45 days in advance of date of arrival. Please add $100 to listed rates for weekly holiday rentals. Sorry, no pets.

Reservations Details:
E-mail or telephone with reservation inquiries or requests. A rental contract will be mailed or faxed to prospective renters for completion. Security deposit due with completed rental contract. Completed rental contracts must be received withing 10 working days with security deposit to hold your reservation.

Directions:   North Coast Village is located at 999 North Pacific Street, Oceanside, California. Take Interstate 5 to Oceanside. Take the Mission Street/Dowtntown exit. Go west on Mission Street until the street dead ends at the Oceanside Pier. Turn right on Pacific Street. North Coast Village will be on your left about 1/4 mile up on Pacific Street.
