Upstairs is a 2 bedroom/2 bath that will accommodate up to 6 guests. Master bedroom has Queen Bed, full size bath and addtional Cable TV. and Bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a sofa sleeper that will accommodate 2 more guests.
Full Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffe maker, toaster, blender complete with an oceanview!
There is a balcony off of the living area with patio seating and gas grill. The downstairs is the exact same layout as upstiars but does not have the view. It does have a nice back yard area that is fenced and perfect for little guys.
The building has a 1 car garage for each unit and an addtional parking spot behind for a 2 car tandem space. Total of 4 parking spots if you rent the entire dupelx.

There is a washer and dryer also located in the garage to be shared with both units. Rent the entire duplex to accommodate up to 12 guests or separately for up to 6 each. Be sure to ask us about the Double Duplex Discount if you reserve both units.

From $195/day and $$950/week to $2350/week for each unit
The duplex is avail year round and offered Sept-May with a 3 night minimum, weekly or Monthly.
June, July and Aug it is offered Sat. to Sat. only by the week.
We will offer a discount when renting both units together and a discount Sept to May when renting 30 days or longer.

Reservations Details:
We look forward to your visit! (Deposit is $350 and fully refundable less any damage taken at time of your reservation by credit card.)
Payment is offered by check or credit card and a short term rental agreement will be provided. We do not allow pets at this time. Smoking is allowed in the outdoor areas only.
Guest reserving the vaction home must be at least 25 years or older.
Inquire about the possibility of bikes, boogie boards, child high-chairs, pack and play, beach items when making the reservation.
