This penthouse suite has two levels each one has its own deck to view the
waves and beach activity. The lower level has a living room, fire place,dining area, kitchen, one bedroom with trundle bed for two, dressing area, and full bath. The living room has
a queensize sofa bed that pulls out. TV, VCR, Stereo, telephone,cassette player.
The stairs takes you up to the master bedroom suite with a dressing area,queensize bed, mirrored wall above the bed to reflect the ocean and palm trees, full bath, walk-in closet and large deck for sun bathing, nothing above you except the sun and sea gulls. Each bedroom has a TV, VRC and telephone.
There are recessed lights in all rooms, plus ceiling fans with lights. Everything is new: floor tile everywhere except new carpet in the two
bedrooms; new kitchen appliances and tile on counter, mirrors on the walls to reflect the palm trees and ocean.

35 minutes to San Diego.
Disneyland is 45 min. north, Del Mar Race Track and Legoland,is a few miles south. San Diego will keep you busy for days visiting the Zoo, Coronado Island, Old Town, Old Town Trolly, Rosarita Tijuana Express, Wild Animal Park, Sea Port Village, Sea World.
Dana Point, just north of Oceanside offers Whale watching trips, trip to Catalina and fishing trips.

Everything that a resort should have is here: two swimming pools, two jacuzzi,
steam room, exercise equipment, ping pong, billard tables, game room, barbecue area, outdoor warm showers after you come in from the beach, putting green,and recreation room. Underground parking and elevator that takes you to the third floor and the condo is just a few doors away.
Walk from the complex right onto the sand to enjoy the beach, pier or the ocean. We are just one block south of the Oceanside Harbor. Fishing ships and other rentals are available. The Home Owners Association is happy to help you. There is a Visitors Information Center a few block away to direct you to all the attractions.
Oceanside Beach has become the best swimming and surfing beach in northern San Diego County. The sandy beach goes on for miles. The Harbor is popular for its many restaurants and gift stores.
There is pier and beach fishing. Boats go out daily for ocean fishing. Other ocean sport equipment may be rented at the Oceanside Harbor. Only one short block from North Coast Village
