Non-Holiday Rentals must be paid at the time of making the reservation.
Cancellation Policy: All cancelled reservations incur a $30 cancellation fee. Cancellation less than fourteen (14) days before arrival date will incur a charge of one night's room and tax. Cancellation less than seven (7) days before arrival date will result in no refund. After arrival, no refunds or credits will be made for early departure, regardless of the reason. |

Directions: This property is easily accessible from Reno airport or by driving from anywhere in Northern California. We are just off Route 28 (Lake Blvd.) which is the main road around Lake Tahoe.
For security, we give specific driving directions only to guests after they have made a reservation.
