Located just steps from the sand at one of Southern California’s finest beaches. Just step outside your condo and you’re on the beach where you can enjoy a swim in the ocean or nap in the warmth of the afternoon sun. The Oceanside Pier is just yards away; allowing you to fish, stroll or enjoy Ruby’s Diner. In the evenings take in the magnificent sunset while sitting on the patio, or you can build a beach bonfire if that’s your style. Each day offers a new adventure, whether it be your morning walk or jog on the beach or maybe you’d like to stroll a few blocks to downtown Oceanside.
Our home is on the 1st floor, newly renovated; tastefully decorated and furnished. The complex has a Hot Tub for your enjoyment after those long days at the beach. The view and sound of the ocean makes sitting for hours very relaxing. Enjoy your meals, read, or listen to your favorite music in the privacy of your own quaint retreat.
The unit has all the amenities of home, two televisions with DVD players for your convenience. The bedroom has a California King wrought iron and cherry wood bed with a premium quality pillow-top mattress. The sound of the waves and the living rooms queen size sofa sleeper offers a peaceful night’s sleep. Crisp, clean linens and bedding are provided plus a washer and dryer for your use.
There are two reserved parking spaces in the secured underground garage; which is conveniently close to the elevator just a few feet from the unit.

Oceanside's largest and best beach is just steps from your door with the ocean beyond. The Municipal pier is a short walk south of our home, and the Oceanside Harbor is 3 blocks to the north.
The harbor offers:
sailing excursions, fishing charters, boat rentals, dining and numerous local beach shops. When you stroll 2.5 blocks east of The Strand you are in the town center, with a food court, movies and host of other activities to enjoy. The activities center and the outdoor amphitheatre are both open year round. Disneyland, Lego land, San Diego Zoo, Marine world, Del Mar Race Track, Torrey Pines Golf Course, La Costa Resort and Spa, Padres Baseball, and Mexico are all within 40 minutes of the unit. Walk to the “Amtrak” North County Transportation Depot for transportation to all of these San Diego County attractions.
Oceanside's beach is clean, and beautiful with Lifeguard stations and towers nearby. Beach highlights include: shaded picnic areas, fire rings, playgrounds, Beach volley ball, outdoor amphitheatre, beach activity center, outdoor restrooms and showers.
Quaint local beach shops, surf and boogie board rentals, along with the best restaurants make your choices at Oceanside Harbor nearly endless.

Full payment is due 60 days in advance, and is subject to forfeiture if the reserved dates are cancelled and unable to be rebooked. For reservations made into the future, a $700.00 advance on your rent is collected and subject to forfeiture under the same guidelines. |

Reservations Details:
To make a reservation contact us by e-mail. We will confirm your requested dates and send you a reservation form, welcome package and checkout document. A Signed reservation form with your payment or deposit is required within 7 days. Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Until confirmed, rates subject to change without notice.
We accept personal checks and credit cards for damage deposits or reservations more than 60 days in advance. Less than 60 days we require all fees must be paid in full. We also accept Visa,MasterCard, Discover, & American Express thru PayPal with a 3% US surcharge or 4% international surcharge.
Final Cleaning fee of $95.00 deducted from deposit.
