Rent Money is NON REFUNDABLE.
We will make every effort to re-rent the premises for the period of the rentals agreement. If the premises are re-rented, lessor will refund any excess rent collect, less a $500.—re-renting fee. For peace of mind we recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance.

FROM SAN DIEGO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT:
Take the 5 North for approx. 25 miles.
Take the Leucadia Blvd. turnoff. Turn left, go over the freeway (west) go to the end approx. 1 mile.
Turn right (north) on Neptune; NEPTUNE HOUSE will be the first house on your left (oceanside).
FROM LOS ANGELES INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT:
Take the 405 approx. 50 miles, that turns into the 5.
Continue south on the 5 until the Leucadia Blvd. turnoff.
Turn right, go (west) to the end approx. 1 mile.
Turn right (north) on Neptune; NEPTUNE HOUSE will be the first house on your left (oceanside).
FROM LAS VEGAS:
Take 15 to 78 to 5 south.
Continue south on the 5 until the Leucadia Blvd. Turnoff.
Turn right, go (west) to the end approx. 1 mile. Turn right (north) on Neptune; NEPTUNE HOUSE will be the first house on your left (oceanside).
