You can walk to the local beach which is quiet or walk up to Venice Beach where you can find muscle men, snake charmers, and chain saw jugglers. Sidewalk dining in quaint restaurants is right around the corner.
Marina del Rey is 15 minutes from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), ten minutes from Santa Monica, 30 minutes from the Getty Museum, 45 minutes from downtown Los Angeles, Universal Studios, and Disneyland.
