Cancellations/ Refund Policy	All monies are at risk in the event of cancellation. Complete policies available by email on request. All cancelled reservations are subject to at least a $200 Cancellation fee. If reservation is cancelled at anytime, a refund of monies less the "Cancellation Fee" will be issued for the time period, which is re-rented. If rented at less than contract rate only this amount will be refunded less the "Cancellation Fee" If cottage is not re-rented, all monies received will be forfeited and not refunded except for the following: If unit is fully paid and is cancelled an not re-rented, the $500 Security Deposit less the "Cancellation Fee" will be refunded. No show or failure to notify by certified return receipt mail of cancellation or to occupy unit also results in forfeiture of all monies paid.

We are located approximately 90 miles north of Los Angeles off highway 101. Exit Santa Barbara's "Cabrillo Blvd" left sided offramp and at the stop sign turn towards the beach. We are approximatley 1 mile located at 931 East Cabrillo Blvd. Look for the Cabrillo Inn at the Beach sign and turn right at Corona Del Mar. First street is Orilla Del Mar turn left and office is on your left.
