30-day cancellation policy. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a 50% forfeiture fee. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a $20.00 cancellation fee.

50% of the base rental amount is due within 15 days of booking. Full amount is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Continue on Highway #1 South to Riverside Drive/Highway #129 turnoff at South end of Watsonville. Right on Riverside to dead-end (Chevron Station). Right to first stop sign (Lee Road). Take Highway #101 through San Jose/Gilroy to Highway #129. Right on Highway #129. Stay on #129 through Watsonville. #129 becomes Riverside Drive in Watsonville.
