Beautiful oceanfront condo in Imperial Beach with living room and master bedroom just steps from the beach.
The entire unit has been totally restored. The building has been recently renovated on the outside. New paint, carpeting, and appliances have been added to make the stay more comfortable. Everything inside is immaculate and clean. All new funiture, with dining area and kitchen on one level w/ two bedrooms and two bath's on the upper level. Sleeps six comfortably w/ a large futon off the Master bedroom. The Master bedroom contains a large closet. The second bedroom has two twin beds. Both bathrooms are white with oak colored cabinets. New washer and dryer are w/in the unit just outside the bedrooms. Also, the units contain both a new Television and VCR.
The sunsets are second to none. The views are incredible. Views of both Baja, Mexico and Pt. Loma are easily seen in both directions. With the Coronado Islands seen in the distance.

Directions: :
From the airport take I-5 south to Palm Avenue, right on off-ramp, follow Palm to a fork in the road, bear to the left to Seacoast Drive (if you miss the fork in the road you will end up in Coronado, just nine miles from the beach property.)
