Beautifully landscaped 4 acre sanctuary, directly on a beautiful pink sand beach, this house has a huge deck for relaxing and listening to the surf. Built on a point of land it has a breathtaking view along the coast and out to the sea. This unique home with 4 bedrooms & 4 ensuite bathrooms is ideal for families or groups. The bedrooms are located in wings separated from the main house allowing for individual privacy. The main importance of this feature is that anyone can go to bed early or get up late without being disturbed by other members of their party. Each room has either a queen or king size bed as well as a twin bed. Small parties are more than welcome, however the home is capable of sleeping a total of 12 guests. All the bedrooms in this home are non-smoking, large, spacious and equipped with it's own ensuite bathroom. Each bedroom being individually air-conditioned.
Anyone who enjoys flowers will be very impressed by the fantastic display of blooms produced by the bougainvillea, hibiscus, oleanders and Palm trees on this beautifully landscaped 4 acre property with 700 ft. on the sea.
Although this home has many fine features the deck with its absolutely breathtaking view is the most impressive single feature. When on the deck you are 20-25 ft. above the sea on a point of land. From there you have a magnificent view not only out over the reef and beach but along the coast as well. Guests spend many happy hours, sitting under the shade of the roofed over table on the deck, relaxing and listening to the sound of the surf.
