At the heart of Kauai's northern shore is Hanalei.
Surrounded by a bay of the same name, visitors will always have access to a treasure trove of fun. While at Hanalei and its neighboring bay, visitors will be able to admire the beauty of the island, with the breathtaking views of the ocean, contrasting the mountains. The bay is dangerous during the winter months because of the high tide, but don't let this be a determent to visiting during the summer. The summer allows for all kinds of sports.
