From Tampa International Airport, follow exit I-275 south towards St. Petersburg... cross the Howard Franklin Bridge, going west (I275) to old exit 15, go west on Park Blvd , until you can go no further, cross the bridge to the beach and turn left at light. Unit is 100 yards from light.

Discounts for three or more weeks, 12 % sales tax added and departure fee $100. Holiday periods in "Low" or "Mid" season is charged 10% more than the quoted rates. A $300 security deposit must be received 10 days after booking to hold reservations. Personal check accepted if received 30 days prior to arrival, cash or cashiers check only. Cancellation must be made 45 days prior to arrival for a full refund of security deposit, a $25 fee if after 45 days. Prices are subject to change without notice.
