Discounts for three or more weeks, 12 % sales tax added and departure fee $100. Holiday periods in "Low&­quot; or "Mid&­quot; season is charged 10% more than the quoted rates. A $300 security deposit must be received 10 days after booking to hold reservatio­ns. Personal check accepted if received 30 days prior to arrival, cash or cashiers check only. Cancellati­on must be made 45 days prior to arrival for a full refund of security deposit, a $25 fee if after 45 days. Prices are subject to change without notice.
