The Maui Kai is a small oceanfront condominium resort centrally located in West Maui on world-famous Kaanapali Beach.
All suites are oceanfront and have totally private lanais with spectacular views of the islands of Molokai and Lanai. The lanais are the best seats on the island for watching sunsets and the whales who come to Hawaii for the winter (November through April).
As owner of Maui Kai 807 and member of the Maui Kai Rental Program, I can give you the following discounts off the Maui Kai published rates for any room if I make the reservation for you:
10% for stays up to 5 nights
12.5% for stays 5-16 nights
20% for stays 17 nights or more
BONUS DISCOUNT: get an extra 5% discount when booking my oceanfront junior suite unit 807 (sleeps 1-3).
