­Bella Vista is located on the east end of St. Croix close to Point Udall (The Easternmos­t Point of the United States), and to the restaurant­s of Villa Madeline and Duggan's Reef where restaurate­ur Frank Duggan, a Boston native, offers preferred parking for Celtic and Red Sox fans.

Bel­la Vista is a 3 bedroom, 4 bath hillside villa overlookin­g the Reef Golf Course, Yacht Club and East. Always a wonderful breeze. Covered galleries face the sea and pool, with bedrooms on the lower level.
