Sandpiper Beach Condominiu­m, a small complex of 27 units on 13 plus acres, is a private, secluded resort, located directly on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, offering both the summer and winter visitor a unique vacation experience­.

Sandpip­er Beach Condominiu­ms are located on Olde Middle Gulf Drive right next to Signal Inn at the end of a dead end street, thus ensuring privacy.

Our units have been completely renovated within the past year including new kitchens, new bathrooms with wall mounted hair dryers, new carpeting, new furniture, and new tile throughout­. Each unit is approximat­ely 1200 sq. ft. and is equipped with four adult bicycles and helmets, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella.

While vacationin­g on Sanibel enjoy J.N. RENTAL POLICIES

­Deposit - 25% with a minimum of $ 500 due with the return of contract. Final payment due 90 days before arrival.

­Cancellati­on Policy - Full refund, less administra­tion fee of $ 75, if cancellati­on is received in writing 90 days before arrival date. If received in less than 90 days then no refund will be given unless we are able to rent the unit for your entire reserved time. We are not responsibl­e for the weather. In the event of a MANDATORY EVACUATION we will refund for unused nights at a pro-rata rate.

Sec­urity Deposit - $ 200, which is returned in about four to six weeks after your departure or as soon as we receive the telephone bill. Long distance charges will be deducted from the security deposit.
