The 2,800 square foot outdoor patio includes a built-in Viking gas grill, furniture for lounging and al fresco dining, private heated pool, and 8-person Jacuzzi.

Tiled floors and ceilings fans can be found throughout the home. The formal living room features Borada ceiling, seating for eight, and a surround sound entertainment system with large screen satellite TV, DVD, and CD stereo. Its sliding glass doors open onto the pool and patio area. The gourmet kitchen includes a 5-burner gas stovetop, granite island, breakfast bar that seats two, granite serving bar, and water purification system. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room, which seats 12.
Each bedroom has a full private bathroom. The master bedroom has a fax machine, printer and DSL Internet access. The master suite also features a walk-in closet, satellite TV, safe, ocean views, and sliding doors that open to the patio. Another king suite in the main house has a walk-in closet, satellite TV, and sliding doors that open to the courtyard. The last king suite, with safe and satellite TV, is a separate casita located in the courtyard. The 4th bedroom has two twin beds, with satellite TV, is also a separate casita in the courtyard.
