This family friendly waterfront home offers a panoramic view and will welcome you right away from it's warm brick driveway and sidewalk up to the cozy sitting area on the front porch to the comfortable and relaxing atmosphere that awaits you inside.
We're sure you'll feel right at home instantly! We invite you to indulge in the enchantment of coastal living at its finest here at Wittpiers Star Island.
We're located on a very beautiful peaceful lake in Holiday, FL
Extra Special Touches:
Tub-shower has curved rod for a more roomy shower, a relaxing rainfall shower head and for that extra special touch... a stained glass window where you can overlook the lake as you shower. We supply one roll of paper towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper. Extra toiletries are stored in main bath vanity e.g. hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, curling irons, etc.
You're sure to get a good nights sleep on one of our 4-inch memory foam topped beds that also have thick pillow top mattress covers and 4 pillows each!
LEISURE: Start your morning out on the lanai with a cup of coffee, at the beach, bird watching, cast your rod in the freshwater outback for some fishing or play a round of golf, then end your evening in one of the many nearby restaurants for some food and fun or watch the sunset with a nice drink in hand down by the waters edge on the huge oversized deck out back. VIEWS: Enjoy the many breath taking water-views this home has to offer from the Dining Room, Kitchen, Family Room, Bedroom, Bath and Lanai. WILDLIFE: Lots of wildlife gather around this home daily as if to stop by to wish you a warm Welcome! The Egrets love to eat hot dogs and Vienna sausages. You can even catch trophy size bass fishing off the huge deck and occasionally alligators accidentally get hooked too! 'Now that would make for a nice fishing story!!!'
AMBIANCE: In the evenings, grab a nice drink and stroll down the lighted pathway to the huge oversized deck where you will experience the unbelievably calming tropical sights and sounds that Lake Conley has to offer. We Must Warn You, You'll Feel as if You've Died and Gone to Heaven!
PAMPERED: We want your stay with us to be as enjoyable and memorable as it can possibly be, therefore we will 'try' to entertain any reasonable requests you may have.
R&R: Rest up, read, relax, dine in or out, you pick where and when. Travel about or just take it easy fishing from the huge deck in the back yard. The grounds are 'tranquil' with lovely landscaping and trees providing your choice of sun or shade. You choose the activities of the day, It 's your holiday and you can set the pace.
