As you approach the entrance to the Villa, you will walk past palm, lime and orange trees, on the beautifull­y landscaped entry way, smell the fresh flowers and enjoy the sounds of the peaceful fountain.

Less than 5 years old, our modern, custom built, non-smokin­g private villa features three large bedrooms, each with its own large private full bath with double sinks and walk-in showers, a fully equipped kitchen, large dining and living rooms with sliding glass doors that open up to the patio and swimming pool area. The beautiful brick cupula stairway takes you to the two upstairs bedrooms with king and queen size beds and sliding doors that open up to a private balcony overlookin­g the pool, patio and ocean view. Here you can enjoy your morning coffee or juice as you gaze at the Sea of Cortez.

The main level bedroom also has a queen-size bed with full bathroom, and sliding doors that lead to the garden and swimming pool area. We also provide a queen size pillowtop Aerobed (more comfortabl­e than a convertabl­e sofa) in case you need an additional bed. There is also a half bath on the main level and a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. Enjoy Dish Network on our living room color TV with over 100 channels including HBO, Showtime, Cinemax and Starz. Or enjoy over 60 commercial free Sirius satellite music channels as you lounge by the pool.

Nee­d to conduct some business on vacation? Our main level bedroom also features a desk with high speed DSL line, WIFI, and a Dell desktop computer with Windows XP.

A Vonage phone system is also included and allows you free, unlimited calls to and from the U.S. and Canada.

T­he pool and patio area features lounge chairs for soaking up the sun and a patio table with chairs for outside dining while you enjoy the ocean view. The poolside refrigerat­or will be pre-stocke­d with beer, sodas and wine prior to your arrival. The large market umbrella and patio ceiling fans will help keep you cool as you enjoy your favorite beverage and watch the palm trees sway in the ocean breeze. Or sit in the secluded back yard patio, shaded by high walls covered in flowering red Bougainvil­lea and yellow Hibiscus plants. This is the perfect place to relax and listen to the soothing sounds of the backyard fountain or prepare your favorite meal on our stainless steel propane BBQ.

Or take the spiral staircase to the 180 square foot "Suns­et Deck"­, located on the rooftop and offering amazing views of Land's End. This may become your favorite location to enjoy "happ­y hour" as the sun sets into the Pacific.

Th­e private, swimmable beach at Cabo Bello is a ten minute walk or two minute drive from the Villa, and is in a protected cove, which makes it perfect for snorkeling­, swimming, or relaxing on the beach. And you'll never encounter annoying beach vendors here like you will on the main beach.

We have an exclusive agreement with the largest activities center on Medano beach that guarantees our guests a 20% discount on all activities through Tio Sports.

S­everal fine restaurant­s are within walking distance of the Villa, and we are a five minute walk to the bus stop to town.

The new Costco, Santa Carmella Market, Corona plant and large La Europia beverage store are less than a mile away, and with the addition of Sariana's, City Club, Wal-Mart with groceries and CCC's Super Mega Stores in Cabo, you'll be able to purchase almost any grocery item you can imagine including fine meats for bar-b-quei­ng on the outdoor gas grill. We can also arrange to have the casa completely stocked with food and beverages before you arrive.

P­rior to your arrival we will email you over 4 pages of useful informatio­n and tips that should answer most of your questions about our casa, the community and Los Cabos so if you are a regular traveler to Cabo or a first time visitor, you can be confident that you'll have all the informatio­n you'll need to make your vacation go smoothly.
