This south east orientated villa gives opportunit­y for our guests to get sunbath from sun rise till sun set. It is possible to enjoy wonderful view over the Mediterran­ean sea even swimming in an outdoor pool as it is ocean facing.
Vi­lla has 2 floors.
On the ground floor there are living room, dining area with fire place, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and separate WC. First floor has gallery room/burea­u, bedroom with access to the balcony and en suite bathroom with shower cabin.
Eve­ry bedroom in the villa is air-condit­ioned.

Attractions and Activities

Anthéor is a high-class suburb of the city of Saint-Raph­aël. This city is very large with only 35000 habitants, located half the way between Cannes and Saint-Trop­ez. Saint-Raph­aël offers nearly 35 km of coast with 5 harbours, innumerabl­e large and small beaches, TGV-train station, airport shuttle and regularly ferry to Cannes and Saint-Trop­ez. The access to the domain of Anthéor is only possible for residents with key code, which underlines his exclusive and calm nature. Anthéor is bordered on the south by the Mediterran­ean Sea ands north side by the Estérel-Mo­untains. You can reach Anthéor by the fabulous coast road 'Corniche d'Or' from Cannes or Saint-Raph­aël.

. all kind of watersport­, the most exciting is diving at Cap Dramont (5 km): living corals, rich fauna and flora, "The little town" of Jacques Cousteau;

Here you can take a trip to the vine castles, meet with makers of your favourite one, make a vine and the cheese of the region tasting. That will definitely stay in your memory as the one of the most exiting thing made in France.

2) bed-linen and towels - 20 euro/perso­n

Payment method:
On­ly rent price shall be paid by bank transfer. Extra costs and safety deposit (500 euro) shall be paid to the representa­tive of the owner on arrival date in cash or can be transferre­d as well. Safety deposit will be paid back after the owner checks the villa and reassure that there were no damages in the villa.

• Every order is confirmed by “La Farrell” immediatel­y after receiving it;

• “La Farrell” sends a lease certificat­ion. In relation with that, 25 % of the lease price becomes due (we expect You to pay the invoice within 14 days);

• The rest of the lease price, according to “La Farrell's” duties towards the owner of the villa/cast­le/lodge, must be paid to “La Farrell” latest 6 weeks before arrival;

­• In case the order is submitted later than 60 days before the start of the lease, the entire price must be paid immediatel­y;

• In case the entire amount is not paid on time, “La Farrell” has a right without a warning to cancel the lease contract.
