The Main House has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, and the Guest house has
1 Bedroom and 1 baths, featuring Italian tile in the bathroom and
kitchen. Both have a kitchen adjacent to the huge airy living area
with beautiful sunrise and sunset views.

waters. We have ocean view but not ocean access or boat dock, however.

Cudjoe Key is approximat­ely two square miles with the Atlantic Ocean
on one side and the Gulf of Mexico on the other. It is connected by
bridge to Summerland Key to the north, where there are gas stations,
banks, a US post office, dive and tackle shops, convenienc­e store,
restauran­ts, and medium-siz­e grocery store. One block from us is a
convenien­ce store and two restaurant­s.

Provi­ded for big and little kids are a half basketball court, a variety of wheeled toys and
climbing dome. Kids love the main house because of the room to room breezeways which
they use as secret walkways when playing hide and seek.

Boa­t right around Cudjoe and many other keys to find the best flats
fishing, snorkeling­, and secluded beaches. Snorkel around mangroves
to see groups of snapper, grouper, stingrays, barracudas and much
more. During low tide, you can bank your boat on a sand bar walk in
shallow water on pristine white sand!
