Located on Lake Caroline, with wonderful panoramic views of the Destin Harbor, East Pass and Gulf of Mexico. Sleeps 10 guests comfortabl­y. (K, Q, Q, Q Sleeper, 2T) SeaScape's front door is only 250 yards from the beach!

We are located just off Hwy. 98, on Gulf Shore Drive, in Destin, FL, approximat­ely 3 miles from the bridge that goes over to Fort Walton Beach.
Destin Pointe, a very secluded 24-hr secure and gated neighborho­od, right at the point where the East Pass and the Gulf of Mexico meet.
From our front door, it is roughly 250 yards to the East Pass beach and just a short walk from our cottage is the Gulf of Mexico beach. We are near all the major shopping areas and only 7 miles from Silver Sands Factory Stores. If you play golf, there are 15 golf courses within 30 minutes of our front gate. And, just a short drive from SeaScape, are some of the best restaurant­s in the entire Destin area. (
