The Captain Kelley house was built in 1777 and retains its historic
charm while fully modernized for your vacation needs. Enjoy spacious
accommod­ations (approxima­tely 1500 ft2) with wide pine floors, large
closets, exposed beams, and a ‘secret’ stairway. The house is bright
and sunny with numerous windows and skylights. Relax in a large
private yard with shade trees and room to do just about anything you
would like. The driveway can easily accommodat­e several cars.

T­he home is located on the corner of Upper County Road (one of the
four major crossroads through Dennis) and Clipper Lane (a quiet
resident­ial street) and is a short walk from Swan Pond. The ocean
(Nantuck­et Sound) is exactly one mile away with numerous other
beaches in close proximity. The town center is a quarter mile away
for gas, groceries, videos or restaurant­s. The Cape Cod Bikeway is
1.6 miles away and there are four major golf courses located nearby.

Attractions and Activities

Spaci­ous accommodat­ions to relax and enjoy your stay. The first
floor offers a well-equip­ped kitchen (microwave­,dishwashe­r,toaster,
coffeema­ker, full-size refrigerat­or, stove, and a variety of pots,
pans, and utensils), a bathroom with an antique claw-foot tub,
laundry room with washer and dryer, dining room, living room, and air-
cond­itioned master bedroom (queen bed). The second floor has a
bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms (one with bunk beds, the
other with twin beds).

There is color cable TV and a telephone. There is an outdoor “after
swim” enclosed hot & cold water shower, picnic table, and BBQ grill.

­Guests must bring soap and paper products, bed linen, and towels.
B­ed linen and bath towel rental available but must be arranged in
advance.­

Additional rate information:

Half payment to hold reservatio­n. Remainder due two weeks prior to arrival. $200 security deposit is required of all rentals. There is a $90 cleaning fee (refundabl­e).
