Both our condos are fully equipped with all the comforts of home, including new kitchens, appliances and washer/dryer. Both are completely updated and remodeled, plus we've equipped them extra amenities that you won't find elsewhere such as bikes, beach & pool equipment (chairs, umbrellas, floats, shell nets, sand buckets, beach towels), games, videos, books and lots more. From both our condos, our guests enjoy a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico and Sanibel's shelling beach. The screened lanai is the perfect spot to relax, read a good book, view shorebirds and dolphins, or fall asleep to the hypnotizing sounds of the surf.

Our condos are located at Sundial Beach Resort, Sanibel's only full-service resort. Sundial features bike & sailboat rentals, 5 beachside swimming pools, 12 tennis courts, Jacuzzi©, activities for all ages, nearby golf, and 4 on-site restaurants including poolside bar & grill. Plus 1/2 mile of beach frontage and endless miles of beach for walking, collecting seashells, or savoring a beautiful sunrise or sunset.

Additional rate information:
Our condos can be reserved with 20% or $300 deposit (whichever is greater) and balance will be due to our rental agency on Sanibel 4 weeks prior to your arrival date. Upon receipt of your deposit, you will receive a confirmation with information on check-in, keys, directions, etc.
