A security deposit of $200 or more is required with all rentals. If you prefer, a credit card authorizat­ion can be taken at check-in in lieu of a cash payment. Payments received and/or credit card account(s) provided will be used to cover the full cost of any unpaid balance, telephone charges, damages, replacemen­t or repair of any damaged or missing items, or excessive cleaning requiremen­ts that we may deem necessary in accordance with the South Carolina Lodging Establishm­ent Act. Paid security deposits will be refunded within one month of departure less any charges.&l­t;p>
