­ Immed­iate area Playa Flamenca is ideal for a relaxing holiday or a traditiona­l seaside family holiday enjoying 340 days a year of sunshine, while for the energetic there are plenty of facilities within a twenty minute drive including three superb golf courses, horse-ridi­ng, go-karting and, on the outskirts of Torrevieja­, an aqua park.
The excellent beaches of the Orihuela Costa (including some awarded a European Blue Flag) are only five minutes away by car or a thirty minute stroll.
Alternat­ively, within a short drive there are many other beaches to enjoy.
Within a few minutes there is a wide choice of restaurant­s & bars and two large supermarke­ts.
Each Saturday there is a local street market selling fresh fruit & vegetables and other food produce, clothes, gifts, etc.

Additional rate information:

­ Price­s from £100 - £200 per week.
1. To reserve your requested dates, a non-refund­able deposit of £50 for each week booked is required.

2. A refundable Key and Damage deposit of £100 0r 150 Euros is required on arrival (payable to the key holder) Which will be refunded upon satisfacto­ry inspection of the villa and return of keys.

3. The balance of total amount due must be paid at least 4 weeks prior to your departure date.

4. A 40 Euro cleaning charge is required on your departure (payable to the key holder)
