Waimanalo Beach is 5 miles of white sand.... walk to see the turtles at the rock outcrop and enjoy the spectacula­r sunrises. This is a great beach for kids with an outer reef to block the big waves, white sand, so no coral to tear up tiny feet. It's a great place to learn to boogie board and ride the waves.

Sea Breeze's three bedrooms/t­wo bathrooms make it ideal for a family, or for bringing the in-laws, or for several friends traveling together. Spacious living room, opening onto the dining room and kitchen offer lots of louvered windows which accentuate Sea Breeze's open and airy feeling.

Steps to Waimanalo Beach... Close to Haunama Bay, Makapu'u Lighthouse­, hike to a waterfall, 45 minutes to Polynesian Cultural Center, an hour to the North Shore, 30 minutes to Pearl Harbor/Ari­zona Memorial, 30 minutes to the Airport, 40 minutes to Waikiki, close to many hikes.

Wa­imanalo has a couple home-grown places to eat: Sweet Home Waimanalo has bbq, smoothies, acai bowls, salads and lots of yummy home-made items. Serg's Mexican Restaurant for authentic Mexican food and Taco Tuesday's. Keneke's & L&L for local style Plate Lunch and shave ice.
